1. Rent Amount

The monthly rent for the accommodation is PKR 28,000. Prices are all-inclusive, covering rent, mess/food, utilities, and amenities.

2. Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit equivalent to one month's rent is required at the time of admission. The deposit is refunded at the time of contract termination, i.e. when you leave the hostel, provided no terms have been violated.

3. Advance Rent

Advance rent for the first month is required at the time of admission. The advance will be adjusted in the rent for the first month.
